Trends in art and culture show that there is almost always a sub-group that is dissatisfied with the standards of the mainstream source that hopes to create a culture in which individuality and uniqueness can be fully expressed. This is exactly what happens in Athens, GA when a small arts scene, focused on music, pops up. This humble artistic experience is sustained by young people looking to find themselves.
